Hickling Pre-School

Hickling Pre-school is a friendly, safe, community-focused environment for children to learn through creative play. The pre-school is a registered charity and was first established over 40 years ago. It is constantly evolving to meet the needs of local parents and children.

The Pre-school is based in the Village Hall in Hickling, Nottinghamshire close to the Leicestershire border in the Vale of Belvoir. It caters for children from 2  to 5 years old and has strong links to Kinoulton Primary School. Many of our children live in Hickling, Kinoulton or Upper Broughton, but everyone is welcome!

Our recent Ofsted inspection highlighted that "children are confident and enthusiastic within this welcoming pre-school, where staff develop strong partnerships with parents, so helping to ensure that they have a good knowledge of each child's circumstances and individuality”.
